Smallest Space & a Lot More Bass from the 8-inch CompVT Sub Box

STILLWATER, USA – The CompVT Subwoofer with reduced mounting depth provides the real, gut-punching bass expected from a KICKER® woofer, minus all of the bulk of a standard round KICKER woofer. The same holds true if you want to slide ready-made bass behind or under the seat and still have plenty of hauling space.

The KICKER TCVT8 CompVT Sub Box, loaded with the super-slim, 8-inch CompVT Subwoofer, is the smallest sub-loaded enclosure ever from KICKER. The TCVT8 is a blistering, true high-performance KICKER woofer and box. Take all the ground-breaking technology from the CompVT sub – special four-layer voice coil, ventless solid-pole design allowing flush mount to the enclosure’s back wall, space-minimizing binding posts – and combine it with a legend – a tough KICKER wood box covered with plush gray carpeting.

CompVT subwoofers’ injection-molded cone with a modified spoke design and 360-degree back bracing is shaped to provide maximum excursion from a slender basket. They also utilize many of the same characteristics as other KICKER subwoofers, like Spiralead™ tinsel-lead technology that allows for better strength, durability, and flexibility. Perimeter venting, high-temp coil wire, Uniplate™ backplate and pole, double-stitching, and logo trim ring around the steel basket’s outer edges are also features the CompVT inherits.

It’s a raucous 8-inch sub in the enclosure size equivalent of an NBA player’s shoe box! Sealed for maximum bass, TCVT8 Sub Boxes handle 200 watts RMS (400w peak). CompVT Sub Boxes are also available loaded with a 12-inch (TCVT12) or 10-inch (TCVT10) subwoofer.

All CompVT Sub Boxes feature the impedance (2 or 4 Ohm) designated at the terminal cup assembly.

KICKER audio systems and SoundGate® auto integration products, divisions of Stillwater Designs and Audio, Inc.®, are available for the mobile and home audio aftermarket at authorized dealers worldwide, and also through selected Original Equipment Manufacturers. Consumers needing more information on KICKER, SoundGate, or Livin’ Loud® may call the Consumer Information Line at 1-800-256-5425 or visit brand websites at www.kicker.com or www.soundgate.com.
