JL Audio Sponsors Design a T-Shirt Contest on Facebook

JL Audio is sponsoring a contest exclusively to fans of the company’s Facebook page. For the next few weeks, more than 3000 fans will have an opportunity to show off their creative abilities to design a new JL Audio T-Shirt which will be available for sale on the company’s website www.jlaudio.com.

All entries will be judged on creativity, originality and visibility of the JL Audio brand.
All entries must be submitted to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with a subject line that reads “Facebook-T-Shirt Design” on or before 11:59pm EST Tuesday 6/09/2009.

By submitting your design you agree that you have read and understand the rules and limitations of the contest. Files submitted should be in JPEG format and no larger than 5 megabytes. JL Audio will select the top 3 entries on 06/10/2009.

Rules and limitations:

JL Audio reserves the right to make necessary minor adjustments or changes to submitted designs in order to conform artwork to manufacturing requirements. JL Audio also reserves the right to make any other final decisions pertaining to a design's ink colors, sizing, placement, etc.

All submitted designs must be the original work of the participant!

Submissions may not contain any intellectual property of any third party such as logos, trademarks, service marks or copyrighted material, unless we provide them to you for use in a specific contest. Please remember, although we may provide logos, trademarks, services marks or copyrighted materials to you, you may not manufacture, distribute or sell any products whatsoever that incorporate any such materials.

JL Audio reserves the right to reject any submission that it deems in its sole discretion to be vulgar, profane, offensive, or inappropriate.

Designs accepted into the JL Audio contest and posted to the website may be removed from the contest and website at anytime prior to voting ending due to poor performance or at the sole discretion of the JL Audio staff.

All submitted designs become property of JL Audio, Inc. The participant understands and agrees that JL Audio, Inc. then retains permanent exclusive rights to that design for commercial use on apparel and other promotional products, and the participant hereby irrevocably assigns such rights to JL Audio, Inc. If the participant is not agreeable to this, the participant should not submit designs to JL Audio, Inc.

Winning shirts are determined by a combination of voting results, participant comments, JL Audio staff and guest judges.
